ARE YOU AN EXISTING CUSTOMER ?
Once you have selected your product please proceed to checkout. You will need to create an account to complete your purchase. If you have purchased from the website before please proceed to Login and enter your email address and password. If you are an existing shop customer of Precious your details may already be registered, please click the link to request a password. If you have forgotton your password click the link and it will be re sent to your registered email address.
CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT
To create an account, please enter your name and address details, taking care to complete all the required fields marked *
Please ensure that the address you provide at this stage is the billing address for the credit card you plan to use for payment. You will have the opportunity to confirm the shipping address at a later stage of the checkout procedure.
Addresses in the USA – please note you will need to enter the two letter state code in capitals only followed by the zip code in the following box. Sagepay will not recognise any other type of address entry for states in the USA.
Once you have completed your account details you will proceed to the checkout page, here you can review your shopping bag.
TO AMEND OR UPDATE ACCOUNT DETAILS
To update the address information on your account, please complete the fields with the new information, click on Save, and then go back into view Your Account from the Your Account link on the top right hand corner of the website. You will then see the updated information displayed. Please ensure that the address details entered under Your Account is your credit card billing address.
ADDING A SHIPPING ADDRESS
Should you wish to have your parcel sent to an alternative address click on the link under the address shown at the checkout to add a different shipping address. Next click on the dropdown menu to display the “new address” option, you can then enter the appropriate details and the shipping address will now be shown in the dropdown menu, select the shipping address of your choice.
Please note that the registered address on the Account must correspond to the registered billing address for the credit card being used for payment.
HOW TO UPDATE YOUR BILLING ADDRESS
Go to My Account and change your address details to match your Billing address, click on Save. To see the updated information click the My Account link again and the updated address will be shown. You can then add an alternative shipping address at the checkout.
TO AMEND/UPDATE YOUR BASKET.
At any stage of the purchasing process click the Your Basket link on the top right hand corner of the site to be taken back to view your Shopping Basket, here you can return to shop or remove an item from the Shopping Basket.
COMPLETING THE ORDER
Once you have completed the address details proceed to payment. This will take you through to the Sagepay secure online payment gateway, through which all our card transactions are processed. Once the payment has been authorised by Sagepay you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been placed, and you will recieve a further two emails to confirm that the order has been picked and packed, and another to confirm dispatch. Please allow 2-3 working days for dispatch.
