We use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service for UK deliveries and Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for service for International deliveries to ensure you have a reliable and trackable service:
Click & Collect – Shop online collect in store (11am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday or 12am to 6pm Saturday).
UK Standard – £5 Royal Mail First Class Signed For service 3-5 working days.
Orders received prior to 3pm will be dispatched that day (Monday to Friday). Orders received after 3pm will usually be sent on the following working day.
Europe £15 Royal Mail Tracked & Signed 5-7 working days
USA & Canada £20 Royal Mail Tracked & Signed 5-7 working days
Australasia & Singapore £25 Royal Mail Tracked & Signed 5-7 working days
Rest of World £20 Royal Mail Tracked & Signed 5-7 working days
Please note weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days and all orders require a signature upon receipt. Some items may require a higher shipping charge, in this case we will notify you by email prior to dispatch. Any duty or taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.
All items, including sale items, can be returned for a full refund for up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Shipping costs are excluded.
To return goods please fill in the return form enclosed with your goods. Take you parcel to your nearest post office. Goods are returned to Precious at your own expense and risk. We therefore recommend that you send the returns by recorded delivery for proof of postage.
Please note items bought as presents can only be refunded to the original cardholder.
Returned products must be in new, unused and in unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any items with indication that it was used. In such cases the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be issued.
For faulty goods or late returns past the 14 day return period please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 (0) 20 7377 6668 to notify us and obtain an extension prior to returning the item.
If you would like to exchange an item for an alternative size, please check that the item is available, complete the relevant information on the return form enclosed with your goods and return the item to the shop as above.
On receipt of the item in store we will then be happy to exchange the item for you and re-send it to you via UK standard delivery at our cost. Please note that this service is only currently available for UK orders. Please contact the store if you have any further questions.
